简介.net core 解决IIS、Azure 使用证书 The system cannot find the file specified. at System.Security.Cryptography.CngKey.Open(String keyName, CngProvider provider, CngKeyOpenOptions openOptions) 错误的解决方案。
IIS中解决方法： IIS管理、选中对应站点的程序池、右击高级设置、设置Load User Profile 为 True。
Azure中解决方法：由于Azure应用程序服务无法直接修改IIS 程序池设置，但是可以在应用程序服务管理中配置相应值， 在配置、应用程序 设置中，添加一项新的设置，名称为 WEBSITE_LOAD_USER_PROFILE 值为1 即可。
